Grief, Growth, and Psychedelic Integration
Claim the Support You Deserve

Tending
Meeting your grief with care, not urgency. Here, we hold what hurts—gently, patiently— and listen to what our grief is asking of us. In this work, we attune to its rhythms. Together, we make space for your grief to guide us—honoring what it needs, one moment at a time.

Remembering
Grief is love that doesn’t know where to go. In remembering, we give that love shape — through stories, ritual, and quiet moments of reflection. We stay connected to what was through the sacred thread that still binds us to what matters most.

Integration
Grief changes us—not just through what we lose, but through the futures that will never be. To integrate is to tend the compost of a life reimagined—to turn loss over with care and presence. It takes resilience to nurture what remains, and from this fertile ground, something new begins to grow.

Becoming
Grief reshapes us. After the storm, we emerge—changed. Shaped by loss and love, rooted in all we’ve carried, we begin again. Though grief can feel deeply isolating, it is something we all will know. In time, it can become a bridge—one that quietly connects us to the shared, unspoken, fabric of our humanity.
Let Me Be There For You
I am a Certified Grief Support Specialist, Microdosing Facilitator, Workshop Leader, and Ceremony Spacekeeper. I have been navigating ceremonial spaces for over two decades—leading women's groups, hosting grief support circles, and facilitating communal grief rituals. I come to this work through lived experience and a deep, natural inclination to sit with others in times of shadow.
My philosophy is to tend to grief rather than fix it; to integrate our hardships rather than get over them; to allow space to not be okay—and eventually, when you're ready, to hold your hand and offer you tools as you find your way to meaning.
